We have a chat with Michael Trant, a farmer and author from Western Australia, about his new book Wild Dogs. 

We chat about how a farmer goes from writing about live export to publishing a crime thriller set in the Australian outback. Although not our typical type of conversation, it's really interesting to find out what the process is.
